I have always dreamt of being my own boss, creating something on my own that was tailored to my own heart & desires.
But I never found the courage to let go of the normative lifestyle ā even though it felt completely wrong to me.
So I sucked it up. I tried to be happy for the "safe" job that I had, telling myself that maybe life was supposed
to be stressful, that having time to be present and enjoy the days you are given
might just be for the monks or the lucky few millionairs out there.
I tried to convince myself that it wasn't possible to actually live life in a way that felt right to me.
And I kept on telling myself this lie even when I got burnt out (three times, to be exact).
I was waiting for the fear to go away for SO many years. Until one day I just decided I had enough,
the fear wasn't going to make desicions for me any longer.
Because I was physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually DRAINED.
It was like a soul-suicide.
